In the end, all three land transactions were completed, with a total transaction value exceeding 10 billion yuan. Among them, Tongzhou, which has attracted much market attention, sold 6.66 billion yuan for commercial housing land for the first time in three years. In February, Tongzhou New City and Yongshun Town had two auctions of land with restricted bidding properties. In addition to the joint-property land in Majuqiao Town, which was sold on January 28, it was only more than one month since the start of the year.
