I agree! I saw this on Fry’s twitter, it’s pretty disgusting. Just let them be, they’ve clearly meant no harm and done no harm.

I wonder if any creative person involved in anything remotely Tolkien – i.e. who actually helped tell the story – is behind this. It doesn’t seem like the kind of move Peter Jackson, or Fran Walsh, or Viggo Mortensen, or I don’t know, the entire Tolkien estate, maybe, would support. Stupid, stupid, stupid.
